Este programa se enmarca dentro de las actividades de cooperación
horizontal, mediante capacitación dirigida a facilitar
el intercambio de experiencias.
Si su Institución está en condiciones de recibir
a un grupo de personas, quienes desean aprender respecto a un
tema en particular y además identificó una necesidad
de capacitación o actualización de su personal puede
solicitar al Centro AFIN que coordine el intercambio en base a
intereses particulares de cada institución.
Se brinda una capacitación especializada, esperando que
las personas que participen de este programa puedan replicar prácticas
similares en sus instituciones en el menor tiempo posible.
Los resultados del Intercambio son muy satisfactorios en temas
puntuales y específicos, ya que los participantes a raíz
de las visitas realizadas pueden implementar nuevos productos,
diseñar o rediseñar estrategias de comercialización,
etc.
