Programa de capacitación “in situ” y acorde
a los requerimientos del demandante. Se caracteriza por
su especificidad, está dirigido a aquellos profesionales
que desean profundizar sus conocimientos o lograr una especialización
en temas específicos.
Durante el tiempo de la pasantía, los participantes realizan
trabajo de campo dentro de las Instituciones Microfinancieras
bajo el concepto del “aprender haciendo”, lo cual
implica una capacitación 100% práctica.

It is a very topic specific training focused into the needs of
professionals that want to improve their knowledge level on particular
issues or topics.
Throughout the training internship all participants do realize
a field work within the MFIs where they are assigned. The concept
of our training is to learn “hands on” which gives
the participants the opportunity to have 100% training.
